I ship production systems.
Solo.
People use them.

3 products built end-to-end. 2 paying SaaS clients. 4,000+ records managed. 0 double-booking errors.

About

The Builder's Approach

I start with the problem, not the solution. I ask customers the questions they haven't answered yet. Then I design a product that makes the problem impossible.

Most software is built to look busy. I build systems that remove work. If a jewelry rental still needs a notebook, or a labor firm still lives in Excel, the product hasn't earned its place.

I build everything end-to-end: architecture, frontend, backend, deployment, customer support. Solo.

I use Claude Code as my execution partner — I make every architectural decision while Claude handles scaffolding, debugging, and refactoring. This lets me focus on what matters: understanding problems deeply and making better decisions faster.

Three production systems. Two paying customers. Real outcomes.

Jewels

Rental Management SaaS

A jewelry rental business tracked everything in a notebook. Double-bookings happened weekly. Staff wasted 4+ hours/day on manual coordination.

Built a system where double-bookings are impossible. A rental that took 30 minutes to coordinate now takes 30 seconds.

  • 2 paying clients
  • ~50 bookings processed/month
  • 0 double-booking errors
  • Staff saves 4+ hours/week

Namora

Enterprise Compliance ERP

SHIPPED & LIVE

A Saudi labor firm managed 4,000+ worker records in Excel. Data entry errors, missed renewals, zero approval controls.

Built an ERP from scratch with dual-write approval architecture.

  • 4,000+ Iqama records in production
  • 1,000+ companies managed
  • Eliminated data entry errors
  • Still running after handover (no maintenance)

Moulavi

B2B Umrah Visa Platform

SHIPPED (PAUSED)

Travel agencies managing visa applications manually across WhatsApp and spreadsheets.

Designed workflow as state machine. Every path enforced. Invalid applications can't enter production.

  • ~15–20 visa bookings processed
  • Shipped in 6 months solo
  • State machine prevented invalid submissions
  • Regulatory changes paused operations (client's constraint)

How I Ship Fast

Claude Code is my execution partner, not a replacement. I make every product and architecture decision. Claude handles scaffolding, debugging, refactoring, and MCP integrations (Prisma, SQL, Context7, Figma).

This doesn't mean I don't understand the code. It means I focus 100% on what matters: decisions, architecture, and customer problems. Syntax and boilerplate are automated.

Decision layer

Me

  • Problem scoping and customer interviews
  • Architecture and data model choices
  • Product design and constraint tradeoffs
  • What ships, what waits, what never gets built

Execution layer

Claude Code

  • Scaffolding and boilerplate
  • Debugging and refactoring
  • MCP integrations across Prisma, SQL, Figma, Context7
  • Implementation speed without owning the decisions
